Can I put the Viewer on my ciient's machine?

I would like to do real-time log watching on a client's machine, when some intractable bug presents itself. Can I do this? Or would this violate the purchase license?

I believe I could send the log data to a web service, but this won't help if the problem we're diagnosing involves latency or failure of network connection.

    Yes, but it depends on which viewer you’re talking about.

    You can freely redistribute the ReflectInsight Log Viewer. We provide a redistributable install on our website in the download section. You need to include the appropriate product key with the install.

    The ReflectInsight Live Viewer is licensed per user. You would typically need to purchase a license specifically for your end users if you wanted to install the Live Viewer on their machines. However it’s best to contact us at clientservices@reflectsoftware.com and provide us details to your usage needs and we can work with you to accommodate.
